You don’t need a title to be a leader. Leadership doesn’t come when we reach a certain level or position.

I’m on my way to be the good leader. My leadership has grown from reading, experiment with the team and feedbacks from my team. I share what I’ve learned from my five years experience as the team lead, manager and director.
